WHERE IS JADE ARELL FLORES? As a small child Jade was removed and placed in the protective custody of Santa Clara County. Jade was allegedly abducted by her biological father Heiby Pena Flores. It is believed Heiby fled and hid with Jade in Mexico. A felony warrant was issued for Heiby Flores on August 5, 2008. Jade's welfare is of great concern.
